Blank - is a kind of printing products, in the form of a standard sheet of A4 paper, with its constant play on the information document and the seats reserved for variable information. The form is designed to be filled for this purpose there are empty seats for the subsequent introduction of information there (manually, on paper machine, the computer). On the form is executed most of the instruments of any company. There is the so-called forms of strict accountability, with the number (sometimes a series), recorded one of the established ways of having a special regime of use. 

GOST 6.39 - 72 found two main types of forms: the general form (for orders, protocols, acts, etc.) and form letters. 

Corporate form - the form with the company attributes the organization, which is the calling card company. Normal format letterhead - A4, but in some cases produced letterhead paper of other formats.

Blanks self 

A few sheets of paper, made from special paper and self-fastened with one hand using a special glue, which allows fairly easy to separate the sheets.
